Conversion of a 110 m² industrial loft in Paris’s 20th arrondissement into a home with custom joinery and a sauna. The project required a change of use through a permit. Heating and cooling were fully revamped with new windows, an insulated floor slab, an integrated heat pump without an outdoor unit and external motorised blinds providing solar shading.
